Rupert Murdoch and his new FOX Business Network are armed and ready to do battle with CNBC this October. It's no secret that FOX has already stolen two of CNBC's prized on air personalities. Earlier this summer FOX lured Eric Bolling, and Liz Claman from CNBC. The Eric Bolling story has become more clear since the news broke. Prior to Eric leaving CNBC he accidentally sent a letter meant for a senior executive at the FOX Business Network to the CNBC PR Vice President. It would seem that is what sparked his abrupt departure from CNBC. Eric's pal Liz Claman was spotted over at her new job at the FOX offices in New York this week. Things seem to be getting worse for CNBC. FOX is aggressively and actively going after numerous CNBC hosts and contributers. The most recent rumors are that FOX will steal David Faber,Donny Deutsche, Darren Rovell, Mark Haines, and either Maria Bartiromo or Erin Burnett. FOX is also going after CNBC producers. They have now stolen Terry Baker, who produced the show "Conversations with Michael Eisner". CNBC is frantic and will introduce some new programming changes this fall to try compete with FOX.
Another blow for CNBC is FOX News Corporations purchase of the Wall Street Journal. CNBC has a contract with WSJ until 2012. However, it seem unrealistic that CNBC will hold on to this contract and will be forced to negotiate a deal.
FOX has also lined up a hit cast from its news network. Alexis Glick,Ben Stein, David Asman, Cheryl Casone, Rebecca Gomez, Dagen McDowell,Neil Cavuto, Stuart Varney, Brenda Buttner, and Terry Keenan have all been announced as crossing over to the FOX Business Network.
It is also reported that FOX is currently ready to launch their top secret controversial show to compete with Jim Cramers Mad Money. Jim Cramer and CNBC beware. FOX is poised to annihilate you.

Where are you getting the rumor that Fox wants Donny and Darren? I read articles of Faber, Haines, Maria and a political analysts which is probably Kudlow.
Why would they want Donny? He gets ratings in the 100,000 range and is a real lefty. Maybe the lefty part interests them, balance out the network. As for Darren, nothing special, just a sports reporter.
fox sucks and cnbc will prevail.
Fox is a revolutionary company and it is only logical to think that the new business network will dominate cnbc completely. I wouldnt be surprised if they stole Cramer.
Donny is da man
he gives a great interview and his show is great
